Salesforce Related List Component - Customise

This is a small task which I expect completing within a single day.
I require a component for use on public experience site that performs exactly like the related list component with some modification.
I would like to customise which columns to show and which fields have links. I would like to replace some fields with images. I want to provide sorting. I want to remove the salesforce features that come with the standard related list view component. The output also needs to be mobile responsive so suggest replacing the standard table with a responsive <div> format.
