Salesforce Custom UI Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a custom UI for Salesforce, tailored specifically for customer management.
We have a Web App (in .Net Razor) that has a "Call Page" that enables specific call to customer. We want to call this "Call Page" in SalesForce wherever a customer record is available. That could be simply a new button that calls our "Call Page" (Maybe our "Call Page" has to be added into SalesForce with SalesForce programming language)!
The new button in SalesForce that calls our "Call Page" Needs:
- SalesForce subscription ID (must programmatically get it from hosting SalesForce)
- Customer mobile number (must programmatically get it from hosting SalesForce)
- Our unique ID (We provide to each SalesForce subscription)
Our "Call Page" will use our APIs by passing above parameters.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Salesforce UI customization.
- Ability to integrate custom communication methods into the UI.
