It can be anything. Now think as a business owner/product owner and conceive use cases/requirements that seamlessly align with the business/application. The requirements naturally become part of your deliverable and into your requirements backlog. Make sure you have ample
requirements warranting the application of both Point & Click and Programmatic (Apex, Triggers, Aura ...) features.

Your deliverables include the below

1.Produce the specifications in the form of a Functional Design – any template is fine
2.Produce the technical specifications in the form of a Technical Design – any template is fine
3. Beat around the implementations – compare it with best practices, articulate its fitment and vote for the best design and implementation
4.Once the best design is chosen, implement the same in you Org
