I need an experienced Salesforce Developer to build a complete SMS & WhatsApp Messaging App inside Salesforce.
The goal is to allow Salesforce users to send & receive SMS and WhatsApp messages directly from the Salesforce UI using a connected messaging provider (Twilio / Gupshup / WhatsApp Cloud API).

The app should include a CTI-like interface, real-time chat, custom objects for storing messages, and automation support.
