Extending existing Salesforce app

We have a Salesforce app that allows users to use a lookup when creating leads to improve data quality in the very first step of the sales process. We would like to add some more functionality to this app:
1- as soon as an account is created, send the business partner data to an API (upon creation)
2- send changes in account data to an API (upon change)
3- synchronize data periodically with backend (check if business partner in SF and in our backend are in sync)
4- if changes are identified, display changes in SF UI and allow user to take over changes
5- at the very first installation execute a two calls to create an account for the user in our backend and create an API key that needs to be used in further communication with the backend
