sales rep (commission only 10 to 15%)

I am looking to hire experienced sale reps who are willingly to work on commission basis only, selling our software product to consumers, and software licenses to organizations! The potential to earn massive amounts of money is extraordinary hence why we are after a sales rep who is capable of closing deals with organizations and large establishments with potential contracts with those organizations in the thousands, for exchange of services we are willing to try you on 10% commission at first for the first 3 months and if you are proven successful we can increase your commission percentage higher if you prove to us you can close deals! The potential here is massive enabling the right person to earn anywhere up to $250K or extremly higher depending on your ability to sell!
