sales person needed for my Saas company in Indonesia

My Saas company is targeting the local Indonesian market, and I'm in need of an entry-level salesperson to help drive growth. We use a direct sales model, so this person will need to have a thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to develop both long and short term strategies for achieving our goals. Experience in the local Indonesian market is valuable, but not essential, so long as the applicant has a passion for sales and a drive to exceed expectations. If successful, there may be opportunities for advancement within the organisation.
