I am looking for recruitment agents to recruit candidates mainly from the Scandinavian, Dutch, and German markets.
Recruitment agents must speak fluent English, and if you can speak either Danish, Dutch, German, Swedish, or Norwegian, then it is a bonus!
If you chooese to work with us, you will specialise in finding candidates for entry level roles in international companies which are based in Southern Europe ... Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta, etc...
So its often easy to place young independant people from cold and grey norther Europe in these roles (such as university graduates), as it appeals to them to have an adventure in the sunshine.
You will be given warm and fresh leads from our social media and digital marketing campaigns, and once you haveva grip of the role, you may also find it helpful to dig up your own "bonus" leads via socail media, to help to fill the abundance of positions that we currently have available through our clients.
Freelance recruitment agents can work remotely from anywhere in the world - with support from me and the team, and/or you will be welcome to visit our headquarters on the ground in Barcelona and work and play side by side with other freelancers.
Recruiter pay is on freelance/commision basis.
Recruiters recieve 25% of 1 month's salary for the role in which they place a candidate.
Average starting salaries for the roles which we are recruiting for tend to be around €3000 - €4000, so for example, when a recruiter places someone in a job with a starting salary of €3500, 25% of this = €875 goes to the recruiter. A full explanation of the bonus and commision structure will be given before you start work with us.
Recruitment agents who are working with us full time are expected to achieve 10+ job confirmations per month, and our best recruiters currently average between 30 and 40 confirmations per month. So, as you can see, the compensation for this work can be very attractive for those talented in sales, and/or good oraganisational and interpersonal skills.
