I need a sales representative, sales agent or sales consultant, who is good in convincing stores (in german)

As I said, I will give a list of stores from germany which you should call and convince them to pay us for a professional website, would be good if you could convince the owner to pay before the web-development as i dont have any budget so if you have concerns we can negotiate.
