I am looking for salesmen/women for my new agency business

Hello, after I got a client from another freelancer on freelancer.com, the guy tried to scam us, but already paid some money, so now I am left with very good knowledge about website building, not just making some fancy looking site, but also creating good admin structure, and securing the site from hackers etc.
After these terrible news, I saw my potential in coding for other companies, and Im ready to turn that into a profitable agency. But for that, I need sales people. Your job will be gathering customers. As the agency just started, the first one to gather a successful deal with a customer, will get a commision of 60%.
Besides that, I dont have many fulfillments. I just need customers, what customer? Thats not important for now. I will explain the details after you apply.

EVERYONE is welcome, as I am paying you for results only. There is no time limit, there are no strict rules. You work as hard as you like, as long as you like and as fast as you like. Plus, you will have a special operations manager from a different timezone than me, who will be there for you, answering questions etc., and I will be there in my timezone too, so you will have almost 24/7 support.
