looking for Business development officer

I own a company in Pakistan, and have teams of web developments, ERP , CRM sales force, marketing and 3D animation. I'm looking for someone who can generate sales for me. It's 50/50 job. Commission based job. It's more of partnership. he/she must be able to generate high volume sales.
Targeted regions are:
1. USA
2. UK
3. UAE
