• Confidence in handling KPIs and goals in our inbound sales environment based on customer needs
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure while always showing empathy and understanding to our clients
• Strong computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate multiple product and customer systems with proven accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills, valuing support and respect for colleagues
