My company specializes in creating and managing fundraising campaigns for schools and non-profit organizations. We are looking for someone to join our team as a commission-based sales rep to help us grow and serve our valued clientele. The ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson with knowledge of sales techniques and practices.
This is a commissioned based sales position, but you will also receive a flat $ amount for each contract you obtain. The commission structure you will receive is a fixed amount per contract obtained plus a percentage of total sales. You will need to identify, contact, and manage prospects and have a keen understanding of market trends in order to maximize your selling potential.
