EU-based Chat Agents

We're expanding a fast-moving digital team that supports premium creator accounts through high-quality chat engagement and sales-focused communication.

This role is for people who understand how to keep conversation natural, engaging, and goal-driven (NOT SCRIPTED, NOT ROBOTIC)


COMPENSATION:
Earn up to 10% commission on net sales! (FOR TOP PERFORMERS)
We also offer a standard rate of $2.50 - $5.00/hr + 1-5% commission
- Earnings scale based on results (top performers consistently grow)
Paid fortnightly - ON TIME!


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Managing daily chats on behalf of creators
- Building genuine engagement that leads to sales
- Identify opportunities within conversations
- Maintaining tone consistency per account style
- Working independently with clear targets


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong written communication skills (B2-C1+ English proficiency)
- OFM chatting and sales experience (is a MUST!)
- Ability to stay consistent during shifts
- Fast learner with attention to detail


SCHEDULE:
10-hr shifts with 1-hr paid break
Fully remote
