I am looking to hire an experienced appointment setter to help me grow my business. I am a professional in the insurance industry and need help booking quality appointments with a provided target audience. This should result in 6-10 appointments each week. The successful appointment setter will have the right knowledge and experience to create successful contact strategies from start to finish. They should also be able to develop customized proposals, negotiate deals and agree on terms while maintaining a professional demeanor. They should understand our target market’s needs, and be able to customize messages and initiate successful relationships with potential clients. I am looking for someone who is capable of devising creative strategies to generate new leads, make cold calls and submit engaging follow-ups to close more sales. Lastly, the ideal candidate will be able to keep accurate records and provide regular updates to track progress towards weekly goals.
