Wholesale Sales Representative for Specialty Bakery

About Us
Cardabelle London is London’s first bakery specialising exclusively in crullers — a light, French-inspired choux pastry doughnut. We supply premium pastries to markets, events, and retail partners, including Harrods, and are now expanding our wholesale and corporate catering channels.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Wholesale Sales Representative (Contractor) to grow our B2B customer base. This is a flexible, remote role focused on identifying and securing new wholesale and catering clients.
You will be responsible for approaching and developing relationships with:
Coffee shops and cafés
Independent retailers and food shops
Supermarkets and specialty grocery stores
Corporate offices (staff parties, events, meetings)
Catering companies and event organisers
Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential B2B customers (email, phone, in-person where needed)
Present our products and brand to prospective clients
Arrange tastings and deliver samples when required
Negotiate and secure wholesale and catering orders
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with our production team regarding orders and forecasts
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B sales, food & beverage sales, or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Confident approaching businesses and decision-makers
Access to transport is an advantage for delivering samples (London area)
Compensation
Commission-based pay for every sale secured
Ongoing commission on repeat orders from accounts you open (to be agreed)
No earnings cap — income directly linked to performance
Working Arrangement

No fixed working hours
No requirement to attend a specific workplace
Occasional in-person meetings or tastings with clients
