- ✅ Cold call and follow up with motivated seller leads (provided or self-sourced).
- ✅ Engage sellers, qualify leads, and build rapport to assess motivation.

- ✅ Manage lead pipelines, document calls, and track follow-ups.

? Skills & Qualifications
- ✔ Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- ✔ Proven experience in real estate cold calling, wholesaling, and closing deals.
- ✔ Strong knowledge of wholesale real estate strategies: Novation, Subject-To (Sub-To), Lease Options, and Creative Financing.
- ✔ Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals independently.
- ✔ Familiarity with real estate contracts, assignment deals, and seller financing.
- ✔ Experience using dialers (Mojo, CallTools, Batch Dialer, etc.) and CRM systems.
- ✔ Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- ✔ Available to work during U.S. business hours for optimal seller contact rates.

- ? $10/hour base pay
- ? 5% commission per closed deal
