Virtual Sales Communication Training

Job ID: 40242814

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I need an experienced trainer to run a series of live, virtual sessions for a group of 11 customer-facing colleagues. The goal is to strengthen their foundational sales abilities while sharpening the way they speak English during real-time client interactions.

Scope of the programme
• Sales focus: help the team master confident closing techniques and practical negotiation skills that they can put to work on their very next calls.
• Communication focus: drill active listening and effective non-verbal cues so each rep can steer conversations smoothly, even across video.
• Call structure & standards: walk them through a repeatable framework for opening, discovery, objection handling, and closing—then fine-tune word choice and phrasing on the spot during role-plays.

Session format
Everything will be delivered virtually (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams). I’m aiming for short, high-impact modules spread over several days or weeks rather than one long workshop. Each module should combine a concise lesson, interactive exercises, and immediate personalised feedback.

English language coaching
Because the team is made up of non-native speakers, I rely on you to correct grammar, pronunciation, and subtle phrasing in real time. An excellent command of English and the patience to pause and re-phrase lines during practice calls are essential.

Deliverables
• A brief training plan outlining session objectives, timing, and pre-work
• Slide deck or digital handouts for participants
• Live virtual sessions with role-plays, Q&A, and feedback
• A concise post-training summary highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and next-step recommendations for each attendee

Acceptance criteria
The project is complete when every participant can:
1. Confidently follow the call structure introduced.
2. Demonstrate at least one new closing or negotiation tactic in a role-play.
3. Apply the corrected English phrasing without prompting.

If this sounds like a match for your style and expertise, tell me how you would break the content into sessions and any relevant success stories from similar virtual programmes.
