Virtual Client Advisor

Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Virtual Customer Service Consultant. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with a team of consultants online and launch your digital asset consultant career at your home:
- Provide excellent service for our customer’s digital asset management
- Educate and empower our customers without having to make cold calls or sales
- Provide solutions to assist customers with their digital asset accounts
- Developing financial plans to help clients achieve their long-term and short-term financial goals.
- Advising clients on taxes, and investment decisions, depending on their financial goals.
- Assessing how specific life changes and financial status changes affect clients’ financial plans and adjusting such plans accordingly.
- Monitoring financial markets and economic conditions.
Requirements
- A passion for providing quality service
- Capability to adapt communication style while servicing our diverse customer base
- Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry and digital asset industry processes, policies, and procedures
- Availability to work a 20-40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, with an occasional Saturday
- One year or more years of work experience (including but not limited to travel agency, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, real estate, banking, or financial services)
- Fluency in both English and other languages is a plus.
- Live in a major city
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Good computer setup and reliable internet connection.
