LONG TERM POSITION: Virtual Assistant (with potential to grow into Operations Manager)
I am seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join me on the journey of launching and growing my three-tiered business venture under the umbrella of Online Health Hub. This role will start as a part-time assistant position (20-30 hours per week) with a long-term opportunity to grow into a full-time Operations Manager role as we expand and build teams.
About the Business:
Online Health Hub operates across three core areas:
• Digital Marketing Course with Master Resell Rights – A comprehensive course designed to teach digital marketing with resell rights, allowing users to generate 100% profit.
• Fitness & Nutrition Programs and eBook’s– Self-guided programs and eBook’s developed with over 15 years of experience in health and fitness.
• PT Mastery Course – A complete training program for Personal Trainers, helping them start, grow, and thrive in their businesses.
Your role will involve supporting the launch and scaling of these businesses, starting with the Digital Marketing Course, and eventually building and managing teams for each of the three business tiers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day business operations
• Manage administrative tasks and support the CEO
• Help hire, manage, and support team productivity as we grow
• Improve communication and collaboration within the team
• Assist in planning and setting KPIs and targets for the team and the business
• Help with the creation and setup of new websites as the businesses expand
• Transition into the Operations Manager role, eventually overseeing three teams (manager, sales, marketing, social media) for each business tier
• Sales
• Email creation / marketing
• Social media posting & message response
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an operations role
• Strong team management and leadership skills (or willingness to grow into a leadership role)
• Understanding of customer support operations and financial reporting
• Ability to plan, report, and set KPIs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Experience with business operations, websites, and productivity tools
• Email marketing exprience or willingness to learn
• Digital Sales experience
• Message & email response
• Fluent in writing and responding in english
Salary & Growth:
• Starting salary: $5 - $8 AUD per hour
• This is a long-term position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Operations Manager role as the business expands and teams are built.
• The ideal candidate will be part of building and managing 3 teams over time, each dedicated to one of the core business areas.
