Virtual Assistant – Sales & Reseller Specialist

We’re hiring a proactive, persuasive VA with strong communication skills to drive B2B sales, reseller outreach, and close deals for Ni Hao Babe. You’ll be working with beauty buyers, distributors, and wholesale partners to expand our retail footprint and hit monthly revenue targets.

- Responsibilities:
Outreach and follow-up with new resellers and retail buyers (email/LinkedIn)
Maintain CRM (HubSpot, Notion, or Airtable) with leads and sales data
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms with resellers
Support inbound leads and track conversion pipelines
Set and smash monthly sales targets
Pitch to boutique stores, spas, salons, and e-commerce platforms
Track buyer feedback and optimize sales materials

- KPI Goals:
New resellers onboarded
Leads generated & responded to
Sales closed (monthly revenue)
Affiliate pitches sent
CRM completion and follow-up rate

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a range of communication tools for customer outreach, including email, phone calls, social media platforms and CRM software. Previous experience in the beauty/skincare industry and a proven track record in sales would be highly advantageous.

- Base payment + Commissions 10% per sales
- Contract 6 months (renewable)
