We are a creative digital brand (Alora Studio) specializing in building clean, modern websites for medical professionals across the United States. We are currently seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant or Sales Closer to help us land new clients in the healthcare sector — including private clinics, solo doctors, therapists, and wellness centers.
This is a remote, commission-only role ideal for someone with strong communication, outreach, and sales skills.
About the Service:
We create custom medical websites tailored to each clinic or doctor. Each project includes:
A fully responsive and SEO-friendly landing page
Online appointment booking system
Direct integration with clinic's admin or front desk
Optional bilingual support (e.g., English + Spanish/Arabic/French)
Complete design and content creation handled by our team
These sites are built to boost credibility, increase patient bookings, and simplify scheduling for medical practices.
Your Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients (clinics, small practices, wellness centers, etc.)
Reach out through channels like email, LinkedIn, Reddit, directories, or cold DMs
Clearly explain the service value and close the deal
Hand over client details to our production team for project kickoff
Compensation:
Commission-based: You earn a percentage of the total project amount
Website projects typically range from $700 to $1500+
Commission percentage will be discussed based on experience and results
This can become a stable stream of income if you close just 1–2 clients weekly
Ideal Candidate:
Strong written English (other languages are a bonus)
Research-savvy — can identify relevant US-based prospects
Friendly, persuasive, and professional in communication
Past experience in virtual assistance, cold outreach, or closing deals is a plus
Self-motivated and result-driven
