Upwork Bidder
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking for a dedicated and experienced Upwork & Freelancer bidder who can help me secure freelance projects related to web development (React, Next.js, Node.js, etc.).
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant job posts on Upwork
- Write custom proposals tailored to client needs
- Communicate with potential clients on my behalf
- Help convert leads into actual projects
- Understand client requirements and relay them to me accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or business development executive
- Familiarity with freelance platforms (especially Upwork)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to understand technical project requirements
- Experience with IT services like web/app development is a big plus
Preferred Skills:
- Quick response time and professionalism
- Experience using Upwork filters and tools effectively
Working Hours:
- Flexible (Daily 2–3 hours of bidding)
- Daily progress updates
Payment:
Fixed monthly salary or commission-based (open to discussion)
