Project Description:
I need 20 experienced sales closers to sell web design and technology services to businesses. This is for immediate hire - we need people who can start within 24-48 hours.
You MUST have:
Proven track record closing B2B sales (tech/web services preferred)
Excellent English communication (C1 level - native or near-native)
Experience selling technology services or web design
Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections
Comfortable with phone/Zoom sales calls
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Available to work US business hours (or flexible schedule)
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
What you'll be doing:
Taking warm leads and closing sales calls
Following up with prospects via phone, email, and Zoom
Explaining our web design packages and technical solutions
Negotiating and closing deals
Meeting daily/weekly sales targets
Using our CRM system to track all activities
Compensation:
Commission Only - $500-$800 per closed deal
Full-time commitment required (consistent cold calling & follow ups)
