UAE Inspection Booking Manager
Budget: £2 – £5 GBP
Role Objective
Your responsibility is to convert an existing UAE company lead database into confirmed paid electrical inspection bookings.
You take full ownership of conversations from first contact through to confirmed inspection scheduling.
This is a results-based freelance role. Strong performance leads to an ongoing position.
Working Hours
• 3 hours per day
• Monday to Friday
• During UAE business hours
Pay Structure
• $5 USD per hour
• $20 USD per confirmed paid inspection booking
Commission is paid only when:
• The client agrees to proceed with an electrical inspection service
• Scope of work is clear
• Inspection date is scheduled
• The booking is for the inspection work itself
Commission is NOT paid for:
• Meetings
• Site surveys
• Introductory visits
• Technical discussions
• Quote-only requests
Only confirmed inspection jobs qualify.
Trial Period & Target
This is a 1-month trial.
Target performance: 8–12 confirmed paid inspection bookings in the first month
If performance meets expectations, the role becomes ongoing.
Lead Source
You will be given an existing UAE lead database.
Your job is to re-engage these companies and convert them into booked inspection jobs.
Core Responsibilities
You manage the entire communication process with each lead.
This includes: • Outbound WhatsApp messaging
• Responding to inbound WhatsApp messages
• Email communication
• Phone calls
You are expected to work independently and guide conversations toward booking.
Outreach & Follow-Up Process
Every assigned lead must be contacted within 24 hours.
Follow-up schedule if no response: Day 2 – Follow-up
Day 4 – Follow-up
Day 7 – Call and message
Day 10 – Final follow-up
Do not stop after one message.
Qualification Responsibilities
You must gather: • Type of facility
• Approximate size or number of panels/buildings
• Location
• When the inspection is needed
Then move the conversation toward booking.
Booking Responsibility
Your goal is to schedule inspection jobs directly, not arrange meetings.
You should: • Offer available dates
• Confirm site details
• Secure the booking in the calendar
Only escalate if technical details exceed basic scope.
Lead Tracking
You must update the lead tracking sheet after every interaction.
Each lead must be marked: • Contacted
• Follow-up
• Interested
• Booked
• Not interested
• No response
The sheet must always show the current status.
Expected Daily Activity
During each shift you should be: • Messaging new leads
• Following up existing leads
• Responding to WhatsApp replies
• Making calls
• Booking inspections
• Updating the tracking sheet
Communication Style
Communication must be: • Professional
• Clear
• Direct
• Focused on arranging inspection bookings
Do not be overly sales-focused. Guide the conversation toward scheduling.
Success Criteria
Success in this role means: • Inspection bookings being confirmed weekly
• Engineer’s calendar filling
• Leads actively moving through the pipeline
• Minimal supervision required
