Truck Driver Outreach & Sales Specialist
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for a proactive and persuasive Truck Driver Outreach & Sales Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact truck drivers from a provided list and introduce them to our exceptional dispatching services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to truck drivers from a provided list.
- Use a detailed script to introduce our dispatching services and generate sales leads.
- Get truckers on board with using our services ( Bonus for hiring a trucker that works 7 days! )
- Compile a list of problems encountered and send to the Team Leader
- Handle objections professionally
- Give end of the day reports about your activity to your designated Team Leader
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Persuasive sales tactics.
- Experience in outreach and sales, particularly within the trucking industry, is a plus.
- Ability to follow a script while sounding natural and engaging.
- Having a minimum of B2 in the English Language or an equivalent level.
- Working from 9 AM to 5 PM (CDT) is a must in order to respect labor laws.

The pay for your services will be based on the number of truckers hired + bonuses.
We have the possibility of offering a payment option similar to a salary based on performance.
