Because most of our target NBFCs and pawn-broking firms operate across multiple regions, fluent English, Tamil and Hindi are a must. You should be comfortable screen-sharing on Zoom or Google Meet, updating a basic CRM and crafting concise recap emails that keep momentum high.

I’ll supply product training, demo accounts, pitch decks and objection-handling sheets; you bring the hunter mentality, clear communication and the confidence to hit mutually agreed weekly demo and closure numbers. Commissions are performance-tiered and uncapped, with prompt payment on each signed client.
