I need a seasoned travel pro who can take incoming inquiries for both domestic and international vacation packages and turn them into confirmed bookings. Your main task is to quote, refine, and close these vacation deals while ensuring every client feels their trip is custom-built for them.

Here’s what success looks like:
• Rapid turnaround of clear, competitive quotes for each lead, including flights, accommodation, tours, and travel insurance where relevant
• A polished itinerary PDF or shareable link that matches the quoted price and highlights key experiences
• Visible tracking of each inquiry’s stage (quote sent, follow-up, deposit taken, final payment) in the CRM or spreadsheet I provide
• Confirmation numbers and supplier invoices uploaded once a booking is secured

I’m open to whichever tools you’re most comfortable with—Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Expedia TAAP, or a preferred wholesaler—so long as the pricing is accurate and the documentation professional.
