Train as Financial Security Advisor

I’m expanding my team and want to mentor a few motivated people who would like to build a part-time career as Financial Security Advisors. The role is 100 % commission with performance bonuses, and you set your own schedule around roughly 10 hours a week. We operate in a hybrid environment—most training is online, with occasional in-person sessions for skill practice and team meetings.

You don’t need any prior finance experience; what matters is a genuine, dedicated-to-learning attitude. I provide full training, licensing guidance, and ongoing coaching. During the program you’ll concentrate on:

• Client relationship management
• Financial product knowledge
• Sales techniques

By the end of onboarding you should feel comfortable running discovery meetings, recommending appropriate solutions from our product suite, and managing your own growing client book.

Deliverable: complete the training modules and land your first client engagement within the agreed part-time schedule.
