Tokyo Sales & Event Coordinator for a one week event
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are a U.S. business planning to participate in a one week event in Tokyo in June 2025. The one week event requires the foreign company to have a freelance agent living in Tokyo to do the following task:
1) Attend the event for sales and customer service for canvas art and crafts products on site for one week from 10:00-20:00.
2) The coordinator will also be required to correspond with the event organizer for any pertinent information acting as a mediator to communicate with our company.
3) The coordinator will be required to attend a scheduled briefing with the store manager and organizer prior to the event.
4) Preferred to have the coordinator carry his/her sole proprietor business license to process tax related administrative tasks.
5) English-Japanese speaking preferred.
