• Call warm and cold leads from my prospect list, introduce our top-tier AI platform, and secure a calendar slot for a 30-minute sales meeting with my team and I.
• Briefly qualify the prospect so the meeting sticks: confirm decision-maker status, basic budget fit, and interest in AI-driven automation.
• Record notes and next steps in our HubSpot CRM (or your own tracker if you prefer; I can import).
