We're looking for people who can connect naturally, keep conversations engaging, and build genuine rapport while staying focused on performance goals. The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, adapts easily, and knows how to make conversations feel effortless and real.
WE OFFER:

Earn up to 10% commission on net sales - no ceiling for top performers!
SCHEDULE:
10-hr shifts with a 1-hr paid break
Flexible work setup: 5 or 6 days per week
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in OFM industry (sales/chat-based) MUST!
- Skilled in building relationships through chat while driving conversions
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with sales targets
- Excellent written English and ability to maintain a natural, engaging tone
