HR Summit Inside Sales Specialist

I'm working on an upcoming HR Summit, happening in September 2024. This event is specifically tailored to CXO level professionals. I need a skilled individual, preferably with extensive experience in inside sales (20-30 years), who is now retired and looking for part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential attendees from various industries
- Maintaining a clear and efficient process for converting leads to confirmed attendees.
- Building a strong, professional relationship with potential attendees and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our event.
Ideal candidates for this role would have:
- 25-30 years of experience in inside sales.
- Proven track record of successfully targeting and engaging with C-level executives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in Sales across industries would be advantageous
