I have developed a self-paced course for hobbyists and enthusiasts seeking high-quality education in foundational aspects of real estate and alternative asset investing. The content is personal education in nature, is my original and exclusive intellectual property, and does not provide regulated financial advice nor does it promise any formal qualifications.

I am seeking an experienced, hands-on sales professional to convert this offering into a recurring membership business. This is a direct sales role and you will be responsible for personally engaging prospects and closing monthly or annual memberships. In addition, you will identify and develop compliant commercial or referral relationships that can expand the membership base within your territory.

The role includes:

Direct outreach to prospective members
Closing paid subscriptions
Identifying aligned communities, organizations, or partners
Establishing repeatable, lawful referral or distribution pathways

You will have a high degree of autonomy and flexibility in how you conduct outreach (e.g. calls, video meetings, in-person, referrals), provided activities comply with Freelancer policies and applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Mass email campaigns, unsolicited bulk messaging, or spam-like activity are not required nor approved of.

Success will be measured by membership and subscription growth (a) via direct sales and (b) effective channels.

Engagement will be on an agreed hourly rate with performance-based bonuses tied to results. This opportunity may suit experienced sales professionals who are comfortable owning sales, revenue outcomes, and developing commercial pathways that support growth.
