Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are responsible for helping to grow the business and have an attractive career path; you can opt for a career as BDR team lead, account executive, marketing roles such as growth marketing specialist, brand marketing, and more.
You will be assigned a mentor/coach who you can rely on for additional support from the company.
Main responsibilities:
Identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets, and develop and execute outbound strategies
Develop and lead campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls and determine how best to scale them
Initiate contact with potential customers through email, cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from Marketing
Partner with Account Executives to build strategy and prospect into designated accounts
Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to sales
Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sales opportunity
Effectively work through lead list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts
Learn quickly by asking great questions, finding how to work with your mentor and teammates effectively, and communicating the status of your work clearly.
Business Development Representative (BDR) are key team members at B2B Software and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) companies. This role is responsible for helping to grow the business and offers an attractive career path.
BDR receive a complimentary training program focused specifically in honing Sales Development skills for Software/SaaS companies so that they can contribute from day 1.
You will be assigned a mentor/coach who you can rely on for additional support outside the company.
