IT Staffing Sales / BDM (Lead Generation & Client Acquisition) – Commission + Long-Term

We are an IT staffing & outsourcing startup (ITStaffio) helping global companies hire cost-effective IT talent from India.
Should work at least 3 hours per day.
Target Geography: UAE and INDIA.

We are looking for SERIOUS Sales / BDM professionals who can:
• Generate qualified leads
• Do cold outreach (email / LinkedIn)
• Speak to decision makers (HR, CTO, Founder)
• Close staffing or outsourcing deals

⚠️ Important:
This role is NOT for people who wait for instructions or just “try”.
We want hunters who can show activity from Day 1.

Ideal Profiles:
• 3+ years' experience in IT Sales / Staffing / BDM
• Comfortable with cold outreach
• Understands staffing / outsourcing model
• Can work independently
• Strong written & verbal communication

This is a PERFORMANCE-BASED role.

• NO Fixed Salary 0
• Commission: 10%–15% per successful deal
• Long-term association for performers

Weekly Minimum Expectations:
• 50+ cold emails OR
• 30+ LinkedIn outreach messages
• At least 5 follow-ups
• Activity report shared weekly
