- Representing and promoting our sports agency to potential clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with high school athletes and their families
- Providing guidance and assistance to athletes in the college recruiting process
- Managing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborating with other members of the agency team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong sales skills and experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and understanding of the college recruiting process for high school athletes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with athletes and their families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with the sports industry, particularly in the high school and college athletics context
