Sponsorship Manager (Commission-Based) for ESG Summit Europe

Job ID: 38660243

Budget: €10,000 – €20,000 EUR

Location: Remote (Europe-focused)

Project Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Manager to help secure sponsors for the upcoming ESG Summit Europe, scheduled to take place in September-October 2025. As a key player in this project, you will be responsible for driving sponsorship sales through your network and expertise, specifically targeting companies and organizations across Europe interested in supporting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in sales, business development, or event sponsorship acquisition to work in a high-impact environment, with a commission-based compensation model.

Responsibilities:

Identify Sponsorship Opportunities: Research and identify potential sponsors aligned with the values and themes of ESG Summit Europe, particularly within sectors such as sustainability, corporate governance, and social impact.
Develop Sponsorship Proposals: Work with the event team to create tailored sponsorship packages, offering tiered options to meet different sponsor needs (e.g., gold, silver, bronze).
Negotiate Sponsorship Contracts: Engage in discussions with potential sponsors to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain Sponsor Relationships: Ensure sponsor satisfaction by addressing their needs before, during, and after the event, and exploring future partnership opportunities.
Track and Report: Maintain accurate records of outreach, negotiations, and final sponsorship agreements. Provide regular updates to the event management team on progress and challenges.
What We're Looking For:

Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential (additional European languages are a plus).
Experience: Proven experience in securing event sponsorships, ideally within the sustainability or corporate responsibility sectors.
Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the European market, business culture, and corporate sponsorship landscape.
Network: Strong existing relationships within industries such as sustainability, finance, tech, energy, or other sectors aligned with ESG principles.
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.
Compensation:
This role is based on a commission-only structure. You will receive a competitive percentage of the sponsorship deals you secure, with uncapped earning potential. The exact commission rate will depend on the value and nature of the sponsorship secured.

Why Join Us?:

High Earning Potential: This commission-based model offers the possibility of significant financial rewards based on the sponsorship deals you close.
Flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere in Europe, managing your own time and approach to reach potential sponsors.
Impactful Project: Join an exciting and fast-growing event at the forefront of ESG discussions and initiatives in Europe.
Project Timeline:
The ESG Summit Europe will take place in September-October 2025, so the project requires someone who can begin immediately and focus on securing sponsors over the coming weeks and months.

How to Apply:
Please submit your CV along with a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience in sponsorship acquisition, particularly in relation to ESG, sustainability, or event management. Include any successful case studies of sponsorships you’ve secured in the past.
