Spanish speaking customer service rep

We have 2 spots to fill, must speak fluent Spanish
Account Manager (AM) 9am to 5pm off Tuesday and Saturday. As an AM you are responsible to reach out to contractors who applied through supportcrewe.com to join our network and get them to register and subscribe to one of our subscription programs outlined in ica.bookacrewe.com. Once they are registered you are to onboard them and get them set up with our company. Compensation is $2.5/hr plus 25% of a 1-month Program subscription. You will also be required to do a write-up about the new contractor and post it to our company blog and social media platforms.
Customer Service Rep (CSR) 11pm to 7pm EST off Sunday & Wednesday. As a CSR you are responsible to take inbound leads to offer them one of our 3 Estimate Request Options and request a deposit for the option they request. After the customer pays their deposit you would schedule them with a contractor in their area in our network to get their job completed. Once the job is completed you would gather job pictures from the contractor and request a 5-star review from the customer. Compensation is $2.50/hr plus 2.5% of Personal Sales. 5% if sales are over $3500 for the week.
