Software as a Subscription sales expert

Need a person for a long term who is having an experience to sell various software in the market of US and Canada. Excellent communication skills required. Also if a person who has some knowledge about plugin installation on the website at client end, would be icing on cake but if don't know it then no worries its not mandatory.
