Small Gym growth help

We are a small group training studio that has been struggling since covid hit us in Australia.
I am looking at someone who is an expert with business growth to help us gain more customers, and also build the business.

I am currently running 7 days free although marketing has been average, show up rates are terrible which means not able to do sales consultations.

Im not needing google help as have hired someone already for that.

Would prefer someone who can create systems, Automated systems, Marketing, Help with sales, or retention and who has experience in gyms.
