Slovenian Customer Service & Upselling
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
As owner of a multilingual contact center, I'm looking for a customer service representative fluent in Slovenian and experienced in sales. Your main tasks will include contacting one of our client's recent customers, confirming their orders, and trying to upsell them on extended warranties and accessories for their electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call freshly ordered customers
- Confirm their orders
- Attempt to upsell extended warranties and accessories (this is mandatory, we have to offer something extra - the customer may take it, may not, but we must offer it)
- Call each contact a maximum of 7 times
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Slovenian
- Experience in customer service and sales, specifically in upselling physical goods
- Knowledge of electronics
- Excellent communication skills
- Persistent, but respectful approach towards customers
