Skincare line - penetration to the USA market

We are about to produce a skincare line (cosmetics) that we are planning to market in the USA (this would be our main market - at least for the start)
At this stage, I would like to get some consultancy on the best way to penetrate the market in the USA and discuss the strategy. What interests me the most is the affiliate marketing field, but as well, in general, digital marketing
I am not sure about the length of the project, but, at this stage, I am interested in getting a few hours of consultancy, and we will take it further to a properly defined project afterward.
