Skilled Sales Coordinator Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator who can keep our small but fast-moving sales operation running smoothly from first contact to closed deal. Day-to-day you’ll be owning the back-end of the pipeline—tracking new enquiries, scheduling and confirming calls, preparing follow-up emails, and keeping our records clean and current—so that our reps can stay focused on selling.
You’ll also be my eyes on overall performance: compiling brief weekly snapshots of lead status, deal value, and any red flags that need quick action. Accuracy, speed, and clear communication are vital, and I’ll count on you to suggest process tweaks whenever you spot an efficiency gain.
Deliverables
• Up-to-date, well-organised lead database (shared in real time)
• Prompt follow-up notes and next-step reminders logged for every prospect
• A concise weekly report highlighting new leads, deals moved forward, and urgent items
Acceptance criteria
All data must be entered within 24 hours of activity, reports delivered every Friday by 3 p.m. in the agreed template, and no lead left without a scheduled next step.
If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive on keeping a sales engine humming, I’d love to hear how you’d approach the role.
