Setup Dynamics CRM

Hiring new marketing employee so we need setup of Dynamics 365 for marketing workflow. Attached are workflow requirement for the new accounts and existing accounts. Also will need to be able to setup a way to import an excel file which has client order data into the CRM so we can track the clients orders and this was we can follow up on clients who are not sending enough orders. Also need to see if there is a way to track the mielage of the marketing person directly in dynamics or through 3rd party app. Also need to be able to track the marketing person call and texting through the microsoft telephone calling plan.
