Setting up CRM project
- Platform: Still exploring (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Folk). Most likely Zoho
- Existing database of contacts to import into the CRM: Yes
- Primary goals for the CRM: Boost sales and establish better view of pipeline, contacts, network
Along with CRM setup knowledge I need you to have knowledge of AI tools that will help boost our performance with the CRM.
Skills and experience needed:
- Experience in setting up and configuring CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Proficiency in data import and migration into CRM systems
- Ability to customize CRM workflows and processes to optimize sales
- Knowledge of sales automation and lead management
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting in CRM systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with the client and understand their specific requirements
- Use of AI Tools for better performance (very important)
