I'm trying to sell a block of luxury flats that have been recently developed in a prime location in Algarve.
I would like find a sales person that can market it in Asia (primarly China, Singapore, HK, Malaysia and Russia), USA and Latim America. The asset has 56 luxury 1-2 bedroom flats and my client wants to sell the entire block (56 apartments) to an institutional investor and the asking price is EUR 35mio.
