Present the website's features, potential, and advantages.
Manage communication until the deal closes.
Use platforms like LinkedIn, Flipping Sites, Facebook groups, or your own network.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business brokerage, or lead generation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of startup acquisition or website flipping is a plus.
Payment Model:
Commission-based (10–20% of the final sale price).
Or Fixed fee + commission (negotiable).
