The role centres on:
• Actively prospecting and following up on warm leads I provide, plus generating your own when opportunities arise
• Presenting itineraries, pricing and value-adds persuasively over phone, email or live chat
• Handling objections and closing bookings end-to-end, then passing confirmed details to our operations team for fulfilment
• Updating a shared CRM daily so I can track pipeline movement and revenue in real time
Promote and sell our travel packages to potential customers
Identify leads and follow up to convert inquiries into sales
Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Report sales progress regularly
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel or hospitality industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Your success will be measured by conversions and total package revenue, so previous experience closing travel, hospitality or high-ticket services is essential.
