Seeking Independent Sales Representatives for La Rosa Percussion

La Rosa Percussion is expanding its operations globally and is looking for dedicated, independent sales representatives to join our team. If selected, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our percussion instruments to customers across various regions of the world. Here's what you need to know:
Target Markets:
We are seeking opportunities in all international markets where there is interest in percussion instruments.
Working Method:
We operate through an affiliate system, allowing each representative to manage sales flexibly and independently.
A personalized affiliate page is provided for each collaborator, making it easier to track activity and ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell La Rosa Percussion products in the assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Commission Structure:
Commission on each customer purchase, ranging between 15% and 25% of the sales value.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the musical instrument industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A self-driven, proactive, and independent mindset.
Previous experience managing and maintaining client relationships.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European or international languages is a plus.
